Book III: Categorical Spectrum
The Eight Spectral Forces of Mathematics
About This Volume (First Edition)
Book III addressed the seven Millennium Problems as seven spectral forces of a single categorical framework, with Langlands as the organizing prism. It covered the Finite Force (P vs NP), the Spatial Force (Poincare), the Temporal Force (Riemann Hypothesis), the Eternal Force (Hodge), the Rational Force (BSD), the Existential Force (Yang-Mills), and the Regular Force (Navier-Stokes).
What Changed in the Second Edition
The Second Edition refines the scope labels into a strict 4-tier discipline (established, tau-effective, conjectural, metaphorical), sharpens the Langlands bridge, strengthens the spectral algebra treatment, and achieves 80% Lean 4 registry coverage. The subtitle changes to “Where Physics Lives,” reflecting the hinge role between pure mathematics and physical applications.
Archival Note
This volume belongs to the archived First Edition of the Panta Rhei series. It remains part of the publication history of the program, but it has been superseded by the corresponding Second Edition volume as the current canonical release.
