This is the technical and operational ledger for the Panta Rhei Research Program site. It records new lanes and pages, major content expansions, publication updates, DOI and citation additions, legal and footer updates, and site-level release milestones.
The changelog is not a newsletter, a research essay lane, or the semantic Corpus Changelog. It is a factual, dated record of what has changed on the site and when.

Adds the FAQ projection surface that mirrors the 73 canonical FAQ entities from corpus/faqs/. Ships /faq/ index, 5 layer pages (First Contact, First Orientation, Journalist DD, Technical Credibility, Expert Handoff), 6 reusable Liquid includes for embedding FAQs into other pages, JSON-LD FAQPage emit, and a sync script.
FAQ page integration — embed entities into 7 surfaces + create Review Kit
Embeds the canonical 73-entry FAQ entity collection into 7 existing site surfaces (Homepage, Discover, Verify, Corpus, Results, Journalist FAQ, Media Kit) via the faq-list include, and creates the missing /media/review-kit/ page that journalist_due_diligence FAQ entries reference.
v4 Structural Challenge Migration Cleanup
Completed the migration from the retired v1 Problem Ledger / Problem Answers vocabulary to the v4 Structural Challenge Ledger / Challenge Responses architecture across all canonical pages, with template deduplication, dashboard model update, route rationalization, and browse-surface clarification.
