Problem Ledger v1.0

Promoted the Agenda Problem Ledger from a seven-item seed projection to a full source-auditable public ledger.

The v1.0 projection maps every declared source entry to a promoted public problem item or explicit merged record: Mathematics 8/8, Physics 102/102, Life 112 source entries into 102 public items with 10 merged, and Metaphysics / Philosophy 27/27.

Item pages now expose source metadata, program classification, Results mirror readiness, and projection metadata while keeping import visibility separate from solution, verification, or external acceptance.
