Anchor Documents are the downloadable offline routes into the Panta Rhei Research Program. The canon now begins with Panta Rhei at a Glance (WP000), a four-page first-contact primer, followed by Standing in the Inquiry of Being (C001), the charter essay, and five canonical white papers. The website remains the live canonical superset; the PDFs are citable release artifacts that route back into Program, Corpus, TauLib, Publications, Impact, and Verify surfaces.
