ATP Uniqueness

ATP Uniqueness is a frontier problem in the CELL domain.

Biology High impact frontier problem CELL Book VI

Overview

Why does all life use adenosine triphosphate (ATP) as its universal energy currency? The framework derives ATP’s uniqueness from the agency sector (π-sector): ATP is the minimal molecular carrier that satisfies the agency sector’s energy-throughput requirement while remaining compatible with the genetic code’s BSD-motivic structure. The universality is a structural consequence, not a frozen accident.

Result Statement

ATP uniqueness derived from agency-sector energy-throughput constraints. Status: Resolved (tau-effective).
