Organism

An organism is a complete-colimit Life Loop: the τ-categorical sum of all its cells closing into a single Life Basin. It is the categorical home of the Three Identity Regimes (genome / lineage / soma) and the unit at which Multicellularity-as-Colimit reaches functional saturation.

Categorical invariant. Complete colimit of multicellular Life Loops; minimal Life Basin instantiation at the somatic scale; carrier of the Three Identity Regimes.
