Abstract

Book V scales the τ-readout to cosmic scales. The τ-Einstein identity (BRG0001) reduces to G_μν + Λg_μν = (8πG/c⁴) T_μν in the chart limit, recovering general relativity. The orthodox dark-sector dissolves into carrier capacity-gradient and holonomy structure (RSL0001/RDO0001). Predicts CMB-S4 tensor-to-scalar ratio r ≈ 0.0136 (PRD0001) with falsifier FAL0001.
