Abstract
Book II establishes the τ-Kernel: the minimal machinery from which all subsequent constructions derive. We introduce the five generators, the progression operator, the K0-K6 axioms, multiplicative and exponential address structures, boundary algebra, the τ-holomorphy condition, and the internal truth machinery (τ-topos + four-valued logic).
