The ω-germ question—is ω inhabited?—cannot be answered from within S_D because any S_D-internal proof of ω-inhabitation requires ω as presupposition, collapsing subject and tool. Book VI proved the question is non-diagrammatic; this chapter identifies the precise structural mechanism. The “No Forced Stance” theorem (VII.T47) establishes that the framework cannot and does not force a particular answer: any stance on ω-inhabitation belongs to ℝeg_C, not to ℝeg_D. Locating this boundary is not a failure but the deepest methodological triumph of the series.
