Chapter 69: No External Randomness

What appears to be external randomness is always internal complexity that the observer cannot resolve. The classical debate between determinism and indeterminism is thereby dissolved: the question is not whether the universe is deterministic or random but at what scale and from what structural perspective the kernel’s content is compressible.
