Part Overview
The γ-sector: structure generation, photosynthesis, carbon fixation. The source/producer sector operates on the production channel of the metabolic fiber T². Plants—sessile autotrophs that convert inorganic precursors into organic structure—are the biological archetype. Photosynthesis captures light via quantum coherence; morphogenesis instantiates Hodge gradients at biological scale; the genetic code carries BSD motivic structure. The central dogma (DNA → RNA → protein) is morphism composition in the source sector.
