Part Overview
Part VIII draws together every constant, every derivation, every structural theorem developed throughout Book IV.
The complete coupling ledger tabulates all ten inter-sector couplings as rational functions of a single number ιτ. The ontological layer stack
organizes the derivations into a strict hierarchy: geometry first, spectral theory second, calibration third. The running-versus-readout distinction
explains why τ³ has no renormalization group flow: constants are read out, not run. The 10-link mass ratio chain
derives R = m_n / m_e from ιτ alone, matching CODATA to sub-ppm precision. The neutron lifetime
is the crown of the calibration cascade: the most complex derived quantity, depending on every earlier derivation. Laws as structure
argues that physical laws are not external prescriptions but diagram-level tautologies within τ³. And the finale
confronts the thesis that gives Book IV its name: the self-describing universe.
One dimensional parameter. Zero free dimensionless constants. The entire microcosm.
