Two pillars of quantum mechanics—measurement and time evolution—are here derived from τ³ geometry. Measurement is character mode selection: projecting a superposition onto the CR-admissible basis. The Born rule follows from the Pythagorean theorem in Hilbert space. The Schrödinger equation emerges as the infinitesimal generator of holomorphic time evolution along τ¹. Neither is postulated; both are geometric consequences of the CR-structure.
