Construction role
Causality is read from base-orbit ordering, not imposed as a background order. A worldline is the -ordered trace of an localization regime. Distance is likewise not primitive: operational distance arises from null exchange, i.e. photon-mediated radar-time comparison between localization regimes. Thus causal order, worldline, and distance are all base/carrier readouts, not structures placed underneath the theory.
What this step earns
Causality, worldlines, and null-exchange distance is made addressable as Step 061 in the fine-grained Construction Spine routing layer.
- Routing scaffold. Detailed earned-output extraction is pending the source-map pass.
What this step does not yet establish
This route exposes the RC3 construction step for inspection. It does not by itself establish peer review, empirical adequacy, or final manuscript-level source closure.
