Chapter 41: Enrichment from 0
Part V proved three theorems at enrichment level E₁: positive regularity (the relevant theorem, Ch. 37), the Yang–Mills gap (the relevant theorem, Ch. 40), and NF-addressability (the relevant theorem, Ch. 42). All three were stated as E₁ results, but the enrichment step itself—the passage from E₀ to E₁—was used implicitly: each chapter assumed the split-complex structure, the sector decomposition, and the defect functional framework without isolating the functor that creates them. This chapter makes the functor explicit. We define the enrichment functor Enr₀₁ , catalogue the three structural additions it provides, and recast Part V’s capstone results as three readings of a single Mutual Determination instance at E₁ (the relevant definition, Proposition [prop:three-reading-equivalence-e1]). The chapter closes with a preview of the E₁ → E₂ step that BSD and Langlands will supply.
