Part VI: The Arithmetic Mirror

The third Millennium cluster verifies that the enrichment tower is complete, self-consistent, and ready for export to Books IV–VII.

BSD builds the rational bridge: discrete carriers form the proto-code that labels the local spatial patches and establishes the E₁ → E₂ bridgehead—the first theorem that genuinely lives at the arithmetic-geometry layer.

Langlands completes the programme: boundary functoriality at every level ensures that the gluing of local bulk projections commutes with all other structure. The enriched bi-square—the third in the scaling chain (algebraic in Book I, geometric in Book II, enriched here)—crowns the construction. Its multiplicative axis is the Galois side, its additive axis the automorphic side; the Riemann Hypothesis is a special case of column-wise commutativity, Grand GRH is commutativity on every column, and the full Langlands programme is the statement that the entire pasted diagram commutes.
