Chapter 40: The Physics Layer Complete
Part V has proved three results at enrichment level E₁: positive regularity for τ-admissible fluid data (the relevant theorem, Ch. 37), the strong-sector spectral gap Γ^_s > 0 (the relevant theorem, Ch. 40), and NF-addressability of σ-fixed characters (the relevant theorem, Ch. 42). This chapter assembles the three results into a single structural characterization of the E₁ enrichment layer—the *physics layer—under the metaphor of mortar, bricks, and blueprint. We then show that all three are instances of Mutual Determination (the relevant definition, Ch. 21) at the E₀ → E₁ interface, with a unified table that makes the common mechanism explicit. Finally, we state the export contracts that Part V delivers to Part VI and preview how BSD and Langlands consume them.
