the relevant chapter introduced the concepts this chapter brings to proof: σ-fixed boundary characters

and sector addressability . We now prove the NF-Addressability Theorem: every σ-fixed boundary character at finite primorial depth is NF-addressable in every primitive sector S ∈ {A, B, C, D}. The proof proceeds sector by sector. The electromagnetic sector (B) serves as model case, using the spectral trichotomy (the relevant theorem, Ch. 19) and the Label_n stabilization (the relevant theorem, Ch. 18). The strong sector (C), weak sector (A), and gravity sector (D) follow the same schema with sector-specific adjustments. A coherence check against the five-item checklist (the relevant definition, Ch. 21) confirms that the result sits at enrichment level E₁, with the bridge to classical Hodge theory flagged as conjectural. The theorem closes the Hodge block and delivers the structural input for Part X’s orthodox bridge.
