V.D66 — Spherical carrier predicate

A boundary character chi satisfies the spherical carrier predicate Sph(chi) if its fiber component is invariant under gamma <-> eta exchange (fiber isotropy, tau-native S^2 isotropy) and its base component is smooth (convergent profinite expansion at all depths).
