V.D65 — BH evolution modes --- V.D09

The three tau-admissible BH evolution modes are: (1) Ringdown -- internal normalization without changing M; (2) Transport -- boundary-induced holomorphic transport; (3) Accretion -- mass increase through boundary absorption. Mass is preserved or increased, never decreased.
