V.D236 — Neutrino CF-Asymmetry: Grid-Optimal Exponent Offsets from sigma-Polarity Structure

CF-motivated asymmetry in sigma-polarity exponents: Delta_pq = 14/13 and Delta_pr = 12/13 from a_2=13 in CF(iota_tau^{-1})=[2;1,13,3,...]. CF candidate gives ratio 34.28 (+52356 ppm from PDG 32.58) -- conjectural. Grid scan finds optimal (Delta_pq=1.16, Delta_pr=0.87) at +7.4 ppm (V.T175). The asymmetry Delta_pq - Delta_pr = 0.29 lacks CF derivation; structural origin open (OQ-C3).
