How to Inspect the Framework
The framework is not only described; it is released through multiple public inspection surfaces.

The Tau framework is not only presented as a set of claims. It is also released through multiple public surfaces designed to make serious inspection possible.
The books remain the canonical monograph release. They carry the full proof-order argument in the form in which it was developed and stabilized.
The Guided Tours provide structured entry routes into that argument. They identify the main hinges, summarize the load-bearing moves, and help readers understand what to test first.
The registry and its dashboards expose the typed graph of definitions, propositions, theorems, conjectures, and dependencies that underlies the books. This is one of the main ways the program makes its structure visible rather than merely asserted.
TauLib and the Lean companions provide the formalization surface. They are not a substitute for reading, but they are a public route into the formal layer and a major part of the program’s inspectability.
The Claims & Validation lane separates internal results, bridge claims, empirical mappings, interpretive readings, and commitment-level implications. This matters because not all claims in the program are of the same type, and serious inspection requires that difference to remain visible.
The results lane allows readers to enter through concrete open problems and relevance questions rather than only through the full canonical build.
Taken together, these surfaces mean that there is no single correct way to begin.
A mathematically inclined reader may begin with Book I, the registry, and the Lean companion.
A physicist may begin with the Book III hinge pages, selected results, and the physical ledgers.
A philosopher may begin with the About the Research lane, the metaphysics layer, and the historical context pages.
A journalist or policymaker may begin with the research-program overview, selected result pages, and the potential-impact lane.
A critic may begin with the Claims & Validation lane and the guided tours.
That plurality of routes is deliberate. The framework is large. It should not require every reader to begin at the same door. But every door should eventually lead back to the same architecture.
That is what these public surfaces are for.
