The quasi-normal mode spectrum {(f_n, tau_n)} of a coherent instance is determined uniquely by the mass M_f of the merged instance. No other parameter (holonomy configuration, perturbation shape) affects frequencies or damping times -- the tau-analogue of the no-hair theorem.
