V.T128 — Sector Exhaustion --- no dark sector

The five generators alpha, pi, gamma, eta, omega produce exactly five sectors through the Generator-Sector Correspondence. The coupling budget at every primorial depth is exactly exhausted. No sixth sector exists with nonzero coupling. Therefore dark matter (a sixth substance) and dark energy (a sixth force) do not exist within the tau framework.
