V.T108 — Nucleosynthesis from tau

The nucleosynthetic window produces observed light-element abundances: He-4 mass fraction Y_p ~ 0.245 from the neutron-to-proton ratio at L_N controlled by delta_A and kappa(A;1), and deuterium abundance from EM and Strong sector couplings. Nuclear physics is identical; only the cosmological framework differs.
