V.R62 — Ontological priority

The tau-native structure (boundary holonomy algebra, clopen frames, frame holonomy) is ontologically primary; the chart shadow (manifold, metric, Lorentz group, Einstein equations) is derived. This reverses the orthodox ontological ordering.
