V.R60 — No ``relativistic mass''

The concept of relativistic mass m_rel = gamma m_0 is a readout artifact. In Category tau, every massive object has a fixed rest mass m_0 determined by its defect structure; the gamma factor is a readout cost multiplier, not a mass increase.
