V.R59 — The photon is a null intertwiner, not a particle

The photon is a null intertwiner in the tau-framework: a boundary holonomy element whose temporal and spatial costs exactly cancel. It has zero mass because the null condition leaves no residual cost, and travels at c because c is the norm ratio defined by that condition.
