Sigma_CMB and Sigma_{CnuB} are slices of the same boundary holonomy algebra H_partial[omega] at different orbit depths. Their mutual consistency is a structural consequence of algebraic coherence: the algebra's evolution from n_nu to n_rec is determined by sector couplings alone.
