V.R48 — No new prediction for T_mathrmC

The tau-framework predicts the standard CnuB temperature T_{CnuB} ~ 1.95 K, not a different value. What is new is the interpretation: the CnuB temperature is a readout of Sigma_{CnuB} -- a specific state of the boundary holonomy algebra -- not an independent cosmological observable.
