V.R47 — No new information, new interpretation

The CMB data do not change; what changes is the ontological reading. The Planck six-parameter fit is a valid empirical summary of Sigma_CMB, but these parameters are readouts of sector-coupling ratios at n_rec, not fundamental constants. In particular, Omega_c h^2 (dark matter density) is a D-sector readout artifact.
