V.R46 — No new physics in the definition

The recombination definition introduces no new physics: it is the standard Saha equation re-read in tau-language. The "temperature" at which hydrogen recombines is a readout of the sector-coupling balance kappa(omega)/kappa(B) at orbit depth n_rec.
