V.R398 — DES/KiDS Weak Lensing Compatibility

DES Y3 and KiDS-1000 measure P_κ(ℓ) at 100 ≤ ℓ ≤ 2000, finding convergence amplitudes consistent with ΛCDM at Ω_m ≈ 0.31. The τ-framework predicts the same amplitude because boundary holonomy mass gravitates identically to CDM. S_8 tension notwithstanding, the convergence signal is boundary holonomy, not particles.
