Channel Dominance: NGC 3198 at 30 kpc — g_N ≈ 2.2×10⁻¹² m/s², a₀ ≈ 10⁻¹⁰ m/s². f_fiber = 1/(1+y) ≈ 0.98. Fiber channel provides 98% of total gravitational acceleration. Flat rotation curves are dominated by T² fiber. Keplerian 1/√r decline is the artifact of ignoring the fiber (classical regime y>>1).
