V.R39 — Causality sharpened

The light-cone structure derived from null intertwiners on tau^3 sharpens the base causal ordering: two events at the same depth but different fiber positions may or may not be causally connected, depending on null-intertwiner reachability. The full causal structure combines alpha-ordering on the base with photon reachability on the fiber.
