OQ-C3 Sprint 6A: (8/7,6/7) has exact 4/3 ratio and span=2 from lemniscate counting, matching Higgs n=7 structure. Numerically 72589 ppm from PDG 32.576 (conjectural). Grid (1.16,0.87) remains best at +18.5 ppm. Key open: why does the structural candidate undershoot? NNLO or A-sector correction may close the gap.
