V.R376 — OQ-C3 Status after Sprint 4A: Asymmetry is the Open Question
OQ-C3 (derive neutrino mass exponents from first principles) status after Sprint 4A: (1) Normal ordering analytically proven from r < p (V.P127, tau-effective). (2) sigma-odd eigenvalue = iota_tau^p exactly (analytic). (3) One-parameter family (p=q-1,r=q-2) reduces 3 params to 2 (p-r=1 fixed) but gives 39.45 not 32.58. (4) Key open question: why Delta_pq=1.1 != Delta_pr=0.9? The asymmetry requires a second structural constraint, likely from Betti number combination or CF(iota_tau) structure. (5) Full PMNS requires A-sector flavor rotation (Sprint 5). CF candidate: q = 5 - 1/13 = 5 - 1/a_3 where a_3=13 is the 3rd CF coefficient of iota_tau^{-1}=[2;1,1,1,13,...].
