V.R32 — No Past Hypothesis needed --- reprise

The opening regime has high entropy, not low entropy, so the Past Hypothesis is neither needed nor assumed. The second law is a structural theorem (Book IV) and the arrow of time is the alpha-orbit direction, not a consequence of special initial conditions.
