V.R305 — One anchor, not zero

Zero free parameters means no dimensionless ratio is fitted to experiment. It does not mean no experimental input is required. The neutron mass sets the scale of the physical world; iota_tau determines every ratio. A theory with zero free parameters but one scale anchor is not the same as a theory predicting the absolute neutron mass from pure mathematics.
