V.R28 — Foliation versus block universe

The foliation of tau^3 into leaves Sigma_n does not contradict the block-universe ontology: the block universe is the profinite completion containing all leaves simultaneously, while the foliation is an internal decomposition into dynamically ordered temporal slices within the block.
