V.R23 — No Background Time

In Category tau the "problem of time" (Wheeler-DeWitt timelessness) does not arise: time is not a background parameter to be recovered from a timeless theory but IS the alpha-orbit. No external time parameter is postulated at any stage of the derivation chain from axioms to proper time.
