V.R213 — Falsifiability

The tau-framework makes falsifiable early-universe predictions that differ from orthodox cosmology: no primordial singularity gravitational-wave background, specific CMB deviations. Differences are small (agreeing with LambdaCDM to leading order) but measurable by CMB-S4 and LiteBIRD.
