V.R193 — LIGO GW150914 Re-Read

GW150914 is re-read as the coalescence of two coherent instances (36 M_sun + 29 M_sun -> 62 M_sun): the 3 M_sun energy deficit was radiated as D-sector boundary-character oscillations, with peak luminosity ~3.6e49 W exceeding all stellar luminosity in the observable universe.
