V.R19 — Duration is not clock time

Geodesic duration Delta t(m,n) is not clock time: a physical clock reading depends on the clock's worldline through tau^3, the gravitational field (tau-Einstein deformation), and the SI calibration procedure. Geodesic duration is the structural backbone from which clock readings are derived.
