V.R162 — The MOND scale as proxy

Milgrom's MOND acceleration scale a_0 ~ 1.2e-10 m/s^2 is not fundamental but a proxy for the classical validity scale ell_cl: a_0 is the Newtonian acceleration at ell_cl for a typical galaxy.
