V.R116 — The contraction rate is the gravitational coupling

The contraction rate (1 - iota_tau) approx 0.6585 is not a free parameter but the gravitational self-coupling kappa(D;1) derived in Book IV; the rate at which the universe orders itself equals the number determining G = (c^3/hbar) iota_tau^2. Gravity and thermodynamic ordering are twin readouts.
