V.P91 — Horizon Resolution

The horizon problem does not arise in tau. The base circle tau^1 is compact (all points at finite distance from alpha_1), the fiber T^2 is compact (all spatial points at finite mutual distance), so tau^3 is compact and every point is in causal contact with every other point.
