In the inner accretion funnel where temperature exceeds T_W ~ m_W c^2/k_B ~ 10^15 K, neutrino pair production becomes efficient with luminosity L_nu ~ kappa(A,B) L_acc = iota_tau^3 eta_acc M_dot c^2 ~ 4% of accretion luminosity.
