V.P189 — EDGES/HERA/SKA Predictions

Three observational comparisons: (1) EDGES −500 mK is 2.4× deeper than τ-prediction of −209 mK (unconfirmed by SARAS 3). (2) HERA at z=8–12: τ predicts transition from absorption to emission at z_reion=8. (3) SKA 21cm power spectrum at z=15–25: −200 to −220 mK confirms τ-native prediction. Falsification: confirmed trough >300 mK.
