V.P134 — Self-Similar 4/3 Ratio Preservation under NNLO

The NNLO correction (δ₁,δ₂)=(3/175,9/700) preserves the 4/3=(2×lobes)/sectors ratio: δ₁/δ₂=4/3, identical to the LO structure (8/7)/(6/7)=4/3. Self-similar scaling from lemniscate counting at both LO and NLO.
